UK Mainland

All UK Mainland orders will be shipped free of charge by either Royal Mail or DPD on a next day tracked service. Tracking will be provided upon despatch of your order. Please note that this service excludes offshore Scottish islands and the highlands.

UK Off-Shore Islands

UK Off-shore islands includes Norther Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles. Delivery charges apply to this region and are displayed at checkout. delivery lead times vary between 2-5 days and will be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD.

Europe

We ship to most countries in Europe from the UK. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and order size. Please note the following:

• Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 working days, but this may vary based on customs processing in your country. We ship via Royal Mail, DPD or DHL.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

• Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for any additional import taxes or duties imposed by your country.

• Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to certain remote areas or countries due to courier restrictions.

Please note that all products are made to order. Pre-made designs take 1 week to ship and for custom made order we will advise a lead time upon payment of the order. Typically custom made orders are 2-3 weeks.
